1. Go to http://www.dwhylton.com/ fx3uinterface.htm and purchase the software.
2. Download.  Install and run the Software on the computer you intend to use. 
3. Copy the MyDocuments\Fx3uInterfaceID.txt
4. Send the  ID file to doug@dwhylton.com
5. You will receive a License file by email.
6. Copy the License file to MyDocuments\
